Fashion advice, affirmations, body language, even workout tips, it’s awesome the amount of material John managed to squeeze into this book. Coming in at 150+ pages, he honestly doesn’t leave any topic un-mentioned, and while it may be that he skimps on some of these topics, he actually gives enough information for any dude to run with. In fact, the first two-thirds of the program deals mostly with self-improvement yourself, rather than techniques for picking up women. That’s what really sets this book above the rest. It’s not designed to make you better with women, though that is the end goal. It’s designed to make you better, period.

Positive: Extensive foundation for pick-up. Encourages the reader to be his own man, rather than fake it to get laid. Promotes a healthy dose of affirmations for improved confidence, and details a good amount of techniques to use when interacting with women.

Negative: Men may buy this in the hope they won’t have to do any work, not true.
